GOOOOOOOD MORNING CSMS!!
As you all know, October is Breast Cancer Awareness month in the United States. I bet you didn't know that for women in the U.S., breast cancer death rates are higher than those for any other cancer besides lung cancer.
In order to help battle this statistic, your CSMS dance team will be collecting donations next week, . The money raised will go to a local non-profit organization called the Pink Alliance that assists women in our own community who have been diagnosed with breast cancer. Donations will be accepted before school each day in the back hall and gym by two of the dance team girls. They'll have a sign and a pink bucket; you won't be able to miss them! So go home, dig through the couch cushions, ask Mom and Dad for spare change and help your dance team raise money for a worthy cause! We'll also be near the gate at next week's home game accepting donations as well!
Also, on Friday, October 24th we are going to have a Pink Out CSMS Day!! Find all your best shades of pink and show your support.
HAVE A GREAT DAY CUBS!
