  1. The 7th grade Lady Cub volleyball team traveled to Sam Rayburn. The Black team won both sets 25-13 and 25-16. The leading scorer was Maddie Petrick with 7 points. The Purple team also won both sets 25-22 and 25-18. We started out a little rough but battled back to get the win. The leading scorer was Courtney Parker with 7 points. We play next Thursday against Davila at CSMS. Come support your Lady Cubs!

  2. The 8th grade Lady Cub traveled to Sam Rayburn Thurs. for two volleyball matches. The Black team won in 3 sets, 25-19, 21-25, and 25-18. Faith Sicinski had 5 kills in the match and  Alexys King had 3 kills. That is awesome because it has to start with a good pass, a good set, and then a good swing. Way to go girls! We expected a tough Purple team match and it started that way for sure, but we were able to put together several rallys and defeat the Lady Raiders 25-14, 25-11. Natalie Martin had a season high 7 kills. Cami Winder produced 4 kills, McKenzie Bennett and Emmie Castaneda each had 3 kills. That is awesome for a Middle school match!

We play Davila at home next Thurs. so come out and support these hard working Lady

               Cubs!
